3 pcs medium-sized potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup bacon
½ cup onion
1 clove garlic
3 pcs eggs
1 pcs tomato
50g of green onion

Cooking:

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Fry in a olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.When the potatoes are almost ready, add finely chopped bacon, onion and garlic. Mix.
Spread the potatoes so that forms three fills in the frying pan and add a raw egg in each of them.
Cover the lid and wait for 2 minutes. Ready!
It only remains to add a litter greens - and lunch is ready.Classics will not let you down!
